Your old system
has a new future.

Your software may not be keeping up with your business. Its technology may be dated, its interface hard to use, or you may have lost access to the team that built it. Let’s understand the current system and map out the path to renewal together.

DO THESE SOUND FAMILIAR?

“We can’t reach the team that built our system.”

“Our business grew; our software fell behind.”

“Every change creates a new problem.”

“We want it to run on our own servers.”

NOT LIMITED TO ONE KIND OF SOFTWARE

Whatever the system,
let’s talk about your need.

From apps to device firmware, from games to operating systems. We define the development scope according to the current structure and your goal.

Enterprise & legacy systems

Desktop apps, ERP, CRM, dealer and customer portals. Let’s rework the interface, infrastructure and connections while preserving workflows.

Web & mobile apps

Let’s renew old interfaces, the mobile experience and user flows. Let’s plan the migration of existing users to the new version together.

Games & interactive software

Game logic, tools, server components and interactive experiences. Let’s evaluate the existing project or the new development need with its technical scope.

Embedded systems & IoT

Device firmware, hardware communication, data collection and control interfaces. Let’s examine the hardware conditions and field usage together.

AI & automation

Assistants working with company data, model integration and custom workflows. Let’s plan data access, human approval and evaluation criteria.

On-premise solutions

Applications and AI systems running on your own servers. Let’s design network, access, deployment, update and operations needs for your organization.

Operating systems & system software

Operating system development, custom system components, drivers and low-level software needs. Let’s clarify the target platform and hardware requirements together.

Device-specific Android

Android system customization for kiosks, terminals and custom hardware. Let’s build boot, interface, app access and device connections.

Circuit board & chip programming

Microcontroller software, firmware, sensor reading and peripheral control. Let’s program the on-board functions and communication as a separate project.

Infrastructure & integration

Legacy databases, services, API connections and deployment processes. Let’s build the structure where disconnected systems work together.

UNDERSTAND FIRST, THEN RENEW

Much more than
a change of screens.

01

Get to know the current system

Let’s listen to users, daily operations, the technologies used and the problems. Let’s evaluate code, documentation and access together.

System inventory · Problems · Priorities
02

Make the new experience tangible

In the free demo presentation, let’s discuss the sample workflow defined in the meeting and the proposed approach. Let’s make visible what kind of renewal you want.

Sample scenario · Interface approach · First assessment
03

Define the transformation path

Let’s compare improvement, module renewal and redevelopment options. Let’s plan data migration, integration, testing and transition stages.

Technical scope · Stages · Proposal
04

Build and transition in a controlled way

Let’s build the agreed scope in stages. Let’s include data validation, acceptance tests, user readiness and rollback steps in the transition plan.

Development · Verification · Launch & support
UNDERSTANDING YOUR EXISTING INVESTMENT

Replacing everything
is not the only option.

We identify together the parts that work well, the business rules to preserve and the pieces to rework.

Improving the current system

Let’s focus on the interface, performance, connectivity or specific features.

Gradual modernization

Let’s renew modules and data flows in a planned order.

Redevelopment

Let’s carry the existing business knowledge to a new architecture; let’s treat the transition as a separate project phase.

FREE DEMO PRESENTATION

See the possibilities first.
Then let’s decide together.

Tell us about your system and the points you want to renew. Let’s present the new experience and our approach through a sample scenario we define in the meeting.

I want to describe my system The scenario and scope of the demo presentation are defined in the first meeting. Full product development, data migration and live installation are scoped separately.
QUESTIONS ON YOUR MIND

Before we start.

We have no source code or documentation. Can we still talk?+

Yes. First we try to understand the system through usage scenarios, existing access and data export options. The scope of review and redevelopment is defined by the information available and the technical conditions.

Can you build the new system while the old one keeps running?+

We evaluate parallel development and gradual transition options. Data synchronization, connections and operational needs determine the transition method; we examine the current system before promising a seamless transition.

We want a system that runs only on our own servers.+

We also handle on-premise application and AI solutions. We plan hardware, operating system, network access, security and maintenance conditions together.

Can we come with a game, device firmware or operating system project?+

Yes. We can also discuss your game software, embedded systems, system software and operating system development needs. We build the project scope around the target platform, hardware, licenses and technical requirements.

What does the free demo presentation cover?+

It covers a presentation of the proposed experience and approach through a sample scenario defined in the first meeting. Full product development, production environment setup or migration of existing data are not within the scope of this free presentation.

What should I share in the first meeting?+

It is enough to describe what your system does, who uses it, what makes it hard for you and your goal. You don’t need to send passwords, private keys or real customer data in the first message.
